Gorgeous Glendalough

This is Glendalough ('Glen of the two lakes').. It is a spectacular place with a 6th century monastic site.... It was a gorgeous day and sadly, the last day of our car hire :(
... so we decided to get down there to co. Wicklow to have a look. awesome.

Honeymoon travels

Our Ireland experiment began with a honeymoon / 'get to know Ireland a little' trip.
(Wexford, Kerry and Tipperary)
and... we liked what we saw- all very pretty 'n green

L-R
Ireland has beaches too! and some are lovely and sandy (not just horrible feet-killing pebbles)
The awesome Curracloe beach (Co. Wexford)
Lovely Arthurstown at the the top of the Hook Peninsula (Co. Wexford)
Cosy Templar's Inn on Hook Peninsula (with yummy seafood chowder and soda bread lunch) mmm...
One of our favorite places ever - Beautiful Tintern Abbey (x2) (Co. Wexford)

Inch beach on the Dingle Peninsula (Co. Kerry)
The amazing Gap of Dunloe. Spectacular (Co. Kerry)
Ivan's fav castle so far, Cahir Castle (Co. Tipperary)
The very odd but fascinating 'Swiss Cottage', a retreat for Lord Cahir & family (to get away from the castle) designed by John Nash.

Who's the cutest?

Killarney Natl Park (Co. Kerry)
